Elizabeth is an experienced leader with over 40 years of providing solutions in all sectors, both public and private.  With heavy experience in organizational strategic planning, senior level portfolio and project management, organizational analysis, process engineering, system and application integration, and implementation of new technologies, processes and tools, she is able to successfully build high performance teams to facilitate productivity. Her clients range from local, public and privately held companies to international organizations including; a top 3 worldwide retailer with $18B annual revenues, an international broad line food service supplier, a top 50 school district and the 17th largest municipality in the U.S.  Elizabeth’s experience includes consumer lending, manufacturing, distribution, higher education and mergers and acquisitions.  She has successfully led transformative enterprise-wide technology initiatives in business intelligence, software design, development, and systems integration.

Greg has over 40 years of experience in the private and public sector.  His background includes auditing and finance in a Big Four CPA firm and several national banks.  Before retiring to join Hamilton Gardner, Mr. Crystal served as the business manager for the largest police force in North Carolina.  His extensive background directing budgets, financial reporting, contracting, procurement activities, grant management and compliance as well as employee travel expenses provides a a wealth of financial management expertise to Hamilton Gardner clients.
